Why an international encounter?
This international encounter
aims to offer youth the
opportunity to explore how the
Gospel is the unique source of the
true joy and meaning of life they are
seeking.
Why in Assisi?
This encounter that we will experience in Assisi,
from the 2nd to the 9th of August, 2009, will offer
all youth of the world, the possibility to meeting and deepening
the human and spiritual experience of St. Francis
and St. Clare of Assisi. We will visit the places, activities
and symbols that inspired the saints of this Franciscan
medieval city, and we will attempt to learn how to become
authentic listeners and imitators of Christ.
